Legacy Homes is a custom home builder based out of London, Ontario. Having a full understanding of design and quality, we strive to create unique custom homes that are both beautiful and functional. We emphasize a high standard of quality, from materials to workmanship, with a strong focus on attention to detail. Offering a range of developments, we are able to meet the lifestyle needs of our clients.

As second generation builders with over 15 years of industry experience, our team has the knowledge and skill-set to create impressive homes with innovative living solutions. We understand the value of communication, honesty, and integrity, and promise to demonstrate this with every client. We are fully committed to our clients and strive to deliver an enjoyable experience, from start to finish.
All of our homes come with a 7 year warranty under the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act (“ONHWP”) as administered by the Tarion Warranty Corporation (“Tarion”).
